I put this little basket of things together in 5 minutes whilst Little B slept- its all silicone things from the kitchen. He loved it! It entertained him for a good 30 minutes and he's been back to it several time. He loves emptying the basket out but I was pleasantly surprised to see him looking at thing carefully and exploring each object.
He definitely had his favourites, the bowl was carefully stashed next to him, looked at again and again and explored using all the different tools.

Lovely - I do something very similar to entertain the baby girl. She quite likes climbing into the basket too!
ReplyDeleteThe best toys are found objects- he'll pick the whisk or an empty wipe packet over an expensive all singing all dancing toy any day!
